Organization and control of the carrying out the personnel records management. Introduction of the effective practices into the organization of personnel records management of the Company.
Control of payroll.
Development and implementation of the Local normative acts (LNA), making of job descriptions for the workers of the Company (job descriptions for new positions and for prevailing in case of reconsideration of functional).
Organization of internal audit of personnel documentation under the regular basis (solid audit, selective regarding months). Restoration of the personnel documentation for past periods (primary documents on personnel records management, absent LNA, job descriptions).
Participation in external audits (gathering, presentation, explanation of the information for inspection authorities).
Fulfillment of the recruiting in accordance with the approved plan of the recruiting.
Organization and control of the training of the personnel of the company in accordance with corporate policies and standards. Compliance issues.
Implementation of the projects in the sphere of indemnities and benefits for the workers of the Company (Improvement of the regulations on the remuneration of labor and financial incentives, Participation in reconsidering of the salaries, payment of the annual bonus (preparation of the documents on the alteration of the existing labor conditions, involvement of the external contractors for obtaining the reviews of the salaries).Providing with the effective implementation of the corporate programs in the sphere of appraisal of personnel activity: coordination and information support of the project – Performance management (purpose, technology, methodology).Development of the adaptive programs for new employees.
Fulfillment of the control for passing of educative introductory programs by the new employees.
Assistance in the development and control for availability of the plans of adaptation/ internships of the new employees. Control for correctness of the introduction into position.
Carrying out the annual tender for choosing the Company-provider under the block of medical insurance for the workers of the company.
Consultation of the workers concerning the personnel issues.
Support of discipline and company culture.
Organization of labor safety support. Responsibility of labor safety specialist.
Upper-Intermediate English (spoken, written); MUST HAVE
HR professional education will be plus;
At least 3 years experience in HR management area in international (preferable Japanese) company;
Experienced PC user (MS Excel, Word); MUST HAVE;
Good business-communication skills;
Self-disciplined, organized & responsible person;
Strong communication and negotiation skills, active team player;
Positive attitude & proactive life approach, high self-motivation.
